As a participant of ytd's tourney, I have an issue that I would like to address.

During my Round 4 Swiss, I was 2-1 with the lousiest tiebreaker, my one loss coming from someone sitting at 1-2. Hence, I had to win the next game in order to advance to Top 8.

My opponent was Sam, and during the third game of the match, he started first, opening with:
1. Foolish Burial Hornet (5)
2. Pot for something (5)
3. Summon Raiou (4)
4. Set 2 backrow (2)

The numbers at the end of the steps indicate what his hand size should be at the end of the action. I went on to Storm the double Warning and get rid of Raiou with some shitty Kizan Acestism play. However, I was confident of controlling with the Zanji as I was holding D.D Crow and Transmigrate.

During his turn, it came to my attention during his Main Phase 1 that he was holding FOUR hand cards. I know that he drew an extra card, but was confident of the control that I had set up already and let it pass, he went on to beat me with cards like Reborn and Gruf, neither of which I can remember him Potting, I was pretty sure it was the Damsel he summoned to own me with.

Not only that, in Game 2, I had D.D Crow-ed his only Inzecter target in the grave and had to ask him to show me his hand. I was pretty sure a player like Sam was clear of the ruling of having no target upon resolution of Inzecter effect, and was just playing on the fact that I was a nobody to him to try to not lose his grasp of the situation.

I am not trying to complain of how his win should turn into my win, it was own overconfidence that I did not call the judge when I noticed. What I want to say is to every player who goes "OMG Sam M'sia Champ" should know what he has done. I am not the first to have been cheated by him, but hopefully after this, I am the last.

A husband / father / son cannot play his 3 roles with the same mask. It'll be so weird!

But my question is, what is me behind my labels and my masks?
What is the real me?

i cant be at every table to see whatever is going on at whichever table until the judge is really called. I really apologise that this type of cheating really happened to you.

Point taken regarding Sam Kee and i will keep more of a lookout for him.

Cheating is a serious offence regardless of who and when. When you dont sound out and make a matter out of it, people wont take it seriously.

Once again, i encourage all players to sound out to the judge when there's any discrepancy during any time in the tournament, regardless of how much of a status your opponent has in the yugioh world.

While we don't have to do anything if nothing is being put forward, judges should not have a "cheating is fine as long as we can catch them" attitude.

I am very sure than none of the judges in Singapore has this type of mentality.

Doubt that you can do anything, or else these might not happen or offenders would not have commited such acts again and again..

This show Either how shitty the management or how scheming the offender can be ~

Good Luck on future tourney and Hope like what Eustace said 'Hope he is the last one to be...'

But is this possible ? Judges & Organisers, Please beware of such cases, this is not environmental friendly de loh >.<"~

Thank you for your understanding Mango, I don't in any way blame you as I was fully aware that I could inform you about it, and chose not to due to my own overconfidence. All I wanted to point out is the fact that he did what he did, so people will be more wary of him in the future.
