If Osiris was on your field, opponent managed to summon Osiris too but with attack less than 2000, will it be destroyed?

Bloo-d will negate osiris if im not wrong as its a continues effect

Most likely Osiris will be negated by Bloo-D.

Osiris text states that "When this card is Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated.", so no, opponents Osiris will not get destroyed as your Osiris effect cant activate at all.
