 ruling about the speed of spell and traps

hi pros, i have some more questions le.

recently i have keep on facing this kind of situation on dueling network:

i mst their trap, then they start to activate them, like compulsory and all those stuffs, bounce back my monsters, said its a chain...

i royal decree, then they chain all those normal traps and said they get the effect...

and also, people like to set normal spell first like pot of avarce, then use jar or those cards eff to draw 5 cards full, and then activate them at the same turn, is it allowed?

and quite a lot of people with high ranking do that on dueling network...

pls some pro guy give me a link of all those rulings so i can understand better and cite them when needed. thx Smile

Cards in Yugioh doesnt resolve immediately when its activated.

You need to know 2 basic things in YuGiOh

Quote :
A Chain is formed when one player activates a Card effect and his/her opponent responds with an effect of his/her own.

Quote :
A Chain is resolved starting with the last card played and working backward

With your example.

Chain Link(CL) 1 - Mystical Space Typhoon
Chain Link(CL2) 2 - Compulsory Evacuation Device

CL 1 - Royal Decree
CL 2 - Jar of Greed
CL 3 - Jar of Greed

What will happen when u resolve them backward?
