Librarian Chain 1

Ragin Chain 2

====================================

Draw 2.(chain 2 resolve)

Draw 1.(chain 1 resolve)

3 cards in hand after everything.

I think that's how it works..

what if you use a sangan to summon the ragin would sangan be chain1. so would you have 4 card in hand when all is said and done sangan be the last thing that resolve.

Librarian and Sangan are mandatory effects and Ragin is optional.

Ragin will always resolve first before the other 2.
