 S.Assault /Counter

Pls leave comments or suggestions to speed up my deck.

3x Ufo Turtle
3x Arcane Apprentice
3x Pyramid Turtle
1x Majestic mech
3x Mavelonent Mech
2x StarDust Dragon Assault Mode
1x Zombie Carrier
1x Sangan

1x Foolish Burial
1x Heavy Storm
1x Giant Trunade
2x Burden of the Mighty
1x Swords of Revealing Light
2x Creature Swap
2x Book of Life
1x M.S.T
1x Brain control

2x Dark Bribe
1x Trap Dustshoot
3x Good Goblin Housekeeping
2x Assault mode Activate
1x Solemn judgement
1x Call of the Haunted
1x Mirror Force

This deck is generally to push opponent to break thier combos and lock them.

Your deck depends too much on opponent hitting your ufo turtles and pyramid turtles with no alternative methods. Get some other summoning methods. Stuff like dark grepher, combined with zombie carrier and diabolic guy works well. Otherwise once people play removal, or just dont hit you, you have next to 0 method to summon him out quick.

Not to mention UFO turtle + arcane apprentice have no synergy at all with the deck, other then for your forced rotations. Suggest you go the normal route like others, which uses assault beast to search those assault mode activates, etc.

Magic wise rather then card trader, I recall there is a magic card specifically used to put back assault monsters then draw 2. Wont those be better then a card trader that only comes into effect next turn?

Then if using zombie carrier, pyramid turtles and mech, with foolish burial why not play mezuki? Graceful revival does nothing effective anyway.

Removal is the bad thing. So the option for me is to side deck.
But for the not hitting part i have creature swap.
For the Assault teleport, it adds to the bad draws as it has no alternative use.
I use foolish burial to drop out Mech/Magician then use revival card like book/graceful.and yea mezuki was one of my options its hard to balance it.

to be honest i think running diabolicguy would be a gd idea. burying gokuen and then book it back is really a waste of card advantage imo. moreover, u might draw foolish burial, and no books.

and as for the turtles and waiting for opponent to hit them, i do agree with ds, that it is too one sided and it is rather slow. stardust buster decks have always found a way to summon sd/buster during the first turn so as to create early game control and advantage for the user. however, in ur deck u are playing rather slowly, and it seems sd/buster is quite a late game card in this deck. and im sure many would agree that if u want to summon sd/buster in the middle of the game or late game, it totally defeats the purpose.

i would suggest u try the traditional method of grephers + diabolic+ buster beast and/or stick with arcane filo.

just my humble suggestion.

if he gt no buster mode in hand but gt the magic = useless. to my opinion card trader better can use for other use lyk if he lacks of any material for a syncro sumon and can trade away useless card.

swap ufo to opp den use pyramid suicide search Mavelonent Mech use it to kill ufo den search arcane den syncro to stardust den set activation den opp turn activate done liao. 1 sd buster mode come out w/o opp hitting it .

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'll explain a few things:
The foolish burial is used for carrier, goku and arcane so i don't really need a book.
I use goku is because it can be normal summoned so the level is used and i do not have to take the side effect.
Its not really slow.
I've tested out diabolic, theres only 2 causing 1 buster mode to be summoned only.
Grephers and buster beast takes out your hand.
