Regret Reborn seems like a decent card. I would mostly use it for Goblin Zombie and Sangan but you can use it for other monsters like:
Babycerasaurus
Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus
Dimensional Alchemist
Ido the Supreme Magical Force
Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys
Mecha-Dog Marron
Vortex Trooper
Card Trooper
Seed of Flame

the language cannot change ya but last time the DS version stardust accel can change meh, there is also 1 for jap and 1 for eu.

DS world championship game allow you to select your country flag (thus changing the language) while tagforce has... nothing...
